The bellows we manufacture are designed to meet strict requirements
that are essential for machinery manufacturers.
We have a wide range of materials such as PVC, polyurethane,
fibreglass, Kevlar ... depending on the external influences
which the bellow will be exposed to, for example water, hot
shavings, oils ...
You are free to decide which you require or you can always ask
our technical experts who will be delighted in giving you advice.
The bellow is internally strengthened by guiding frames in each
fold. These are generally of PVC. The proper design of the interior
of these PVC guiding frames, guarantees a smooth and uniform
sliding along the lineal guides, which is essential for the
bellow to have a long-lasting life.
Metal fixing frames or velcro tape can be supplied to suit customers'
individual requirements.
When the bellow is rectangular, square or hexagonal it can be
fastened longitudinally with velcro or a zip without the complicated
and time-consuming replacement process of this bellows, thus
not having to stop the production line.
In case the bellow is exposed to hot shavings, it can be covered
by flat stainless-steel plates. Consult us.
